Founded by a former British army officer and professional MMA fighter, our academy offers a modern approach to self defence. We focus on teaching an easy-to-learn course, blending jiu-jitsu and military close-quarter combat skills to empower kids with confidence, discipline, and resilience. Our mission is to instill the art of protection and peaceful resolution in every student, fostering a community of young people who navigate the world with strength, confidence, and knowledge.

Our expert instructors, with backgrounds in military training and mixed martial arts, provide comprehensive guidance in nonviolent self-defense techniques tailored specifically for young learners aged 10 to 16.
